In this message from Osama Bin Laden, communicated prior to 9/11, but not released for many years after, he tells the American people that he views U.S. actions as an act of war, one that he was not hesitant to fight. He also provides insight on his opinion of failed democracy in Iraq particularly. This video supports the seriousness of Al-Qaeda's threats as the 2001 attacks occurred shortly after this video was produced. Additionally, it provides yet another example of the predictability of Al-Qaeda and their rationale, both of these factors make them a worth-while security focus.
